AED 11 per unit per month for 0–199 units, and AED 9 per unit for 200–499 units. Your whole portfolio is billed at the band its total unit count falls in — 106 units are all billed at AED 11. From 500 units we agree a custom rate.

Every plan includes up to 20 users, and trials have the same limit. Active and invited staff count toward the 20; tenant and vendor portal logins and deactivated users don’t. If you need more, contact us and we’ll talk about raising your limit.
We send you an invoice in AED every month. You pay by bank transfer or cheque. There is no card payment, and nothing is charged automatically.
